Municipal Inspection Services Inc. acts as the official building department for three municipalities, handling plan review, code compliance, and site inspections so local projects stay safe and on schedule.
Skip the paper chase—our interactive permit forms (Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing) mirror the familiar township PDFs but add conveniences like dynamic fee calculations, drag-and-drop document uploads, and an electronic signature pad. Once you hit “Submit,” a unique permit number is assigned automatically and a confirmation lands in your inbox within minutes.
Choose Your Trade – Pick Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing. Complete the Smart Form – Contractor info, job site details, line-item services, quantities—the form does the math for you in real time. Upload Plans & Docs – Blueprints, spec sheets, or backup calculations can be attached directly. Large files? No problem. Sign & Submit – Draw your signature, click submit, and you’re done.
