Once you hit “Submit,” a unique permit number is assigned automatically and a confirmation lands in your inbox within minutes.

2. Complete the Smart Form – Contractor info, job site details, line-item services, quantities—the form does the math for you in real time. Note: Building permit fees must be calculated by our staff.

3. Upload Plans & Docs – Blueprints, spec sheets, or backup calculations can be attached directly. Large files? No problem.

4. Sign & Submit – Draw or type your signature, click submit, and you’re done. An email copy of the application (with inspection-scheduling instructions) arrives moments later. All payments are made to our municipal partners. Once we have receipt of payment your official permit will be emailed to you within a few business days. Note: Large projects may have a longer turn around.
